}Mit Herz und Engagement
Ein ganz besonderer Dank gilt unserem grossartigen Team: Mit Leidenschaft, Engagement und viel Herzblut haben unsere Mitarbeitenden jeden einzelnen Tag zu etwas Besonderem gemacht. Ihr Einsatz – sowohl hinter den Kulissen als auch im direkten Kontakt mit unseren Gästen – bildet das Fundament unseres Erfolgs. Dafür sind wir von Herzen dankbar.
Auch abseits des Arbeitsalltags durften wir in dieser Saison wertvolle gemeinsame Momente erleben: Beim gemütlichen Fondue zum Saisonstart, beim geselligen Mitarbeiterbrunch sowie beim stimmungsvollen Saisonabschluss stand stets das Miteinander im Mittelpunkt und hat unseren Teamgeist nachhaltig gestärkt.
Stellvertretend für dieses aussergewöhnliche Engagement möchten wir auch in dieser Saison unsere „Mitarbeitenden des Monats“ besonders hervorheben. Mit ihrem Einsatz, ihrer positiven Ausstrahlung und ihrem ausgeprägten Teamgeist haben sie Massstäbe gesetzt und unser Haus bereichert.
Milan aus dem Serviceteam im La Chavallera, Yvonne aus der Küche im Fö e Flamma dal Barun sowie Isaura, unsere geschätzte Zimmer-Fee, wurden in diesem Winter mit dem Titel „Mitarbeitende des Monats“ ausgezeichnet.
Wir sind stolz, solch motivierte und herzliche Persönlichkeiten in unserem Team zu wissen – und sagen von Herzen: Danke für euren unermüdlichen Einsatz!
