There is no bank in La Punt. You will find an ATM at the town hall.
At the "Leijets" turn right at the hotel car park and cross the Chamuera bridge. Then go straight on for about 100 more metres. Wood is available free of charge.
There is another barbecue area in Val Chamuera. At the former shooting lodge on the idyllic river of Chamuera. Firewood is ready for you, too.

We are happy to provide you with a bathroom shower stool in your room on request.
Because of sustainability reasons, we change the bed linen every third day. Of course, we can do this more often if you wish.
We will be happy to bring you blankets for the rooms or for the deckchairs on the terrace.
The buffet is set up in our restaurant Stüva daily from 07:30 - 10:30 am. Breakfast is included in the room rate.
In principle, the room is ready from 03:00 pm. On request and subject to availability, we can also organise an early check in.
We kindly ask you to leave the room by 11:00 am. If you wish to check out later, please ask at the front desk. There is a charge for late check out.

Our high alpine snack garden on the Inn invites you to sunbathe in summer. It is also the perfect place to enjoy an aperitif. The Krone-garden is the perfect place for breakfast or a sunny lunch.
Golfers get a discount on the green fees for the courses in Zuoz and Samedan. Golfers also benefit from special offers from our hotel. Just ask at the reception.
You will find a hairdryer in the bathroom drawer under the sink. In the superior rooms, the hairdryer is in the storage space of the bathroom mirror. Just press on the mirror and the hidden storage opens.
A modern infrared panel is now available in the Wellbeing Room. The soothing deep heat dilates the capillaries and thus increases the metabolism. The blood transports the warmth to the extremities. Infrared heat thus has a positive effect on the musculoskeletal system, immune system and psyche.
You have free internet access in your room. The password for the wifi throughout the hotel is KroneGuest.
If you wish, we can iron your laundry from 08:00 to 16:30 (subject to a charge). Express ironing service within 1 hour is also available.
You will find laundry bags and an article list in your room. Please fill out the list and do not forget to add your room number. You can hand in your laundry to the maids or leave the laundry bag in your room in the morning.
Once everything has been cleaned and ironed, we will put the clean laundry back in your room.
For dry cleaning, the laundry must be taken to St. Moritz.
If you get caught in a downpour, we will be happy to dry your clothes in the lingerie so that they are dry for tomorrow.
If you have lost something, please report it to reception. The official lost property office for La Punt is located at the municipal office.
We will help you with your luggage. Please report to the reception desk. It is also possible to leave your luggage with us for a few hours.

We receive the daily newspapers in the morning. The mail is delivered at about 08:30. The newspapers are available in the hallway.

The radio in the bathroom runs on a rechargeable battery. When the red-light flashes, the battery needs to be recharged. Please let the room attendants or the reception know.

In La Punt we have a small sports shop. Like us, Sport Colani is located on the via Cumünela about 4 minutes walk away in the direction of Chamues-ch on the right-hand side of the road.

The maids start cleaning the rooms at about 09:00. All rooms are usually cleaned by around 16:00.

We recommend that you lock all your valuables in your room safe. The hotel does not accept any responsibility for the loss of property in the hotel room.

If you would like to use the sauna in the Wellbeing Room, please ask the service staff or report to reception. It takes about 30 minutes to heat up the sauna. Sauna towels are available in the Wellbeing Room.
We will be happy to do small sewing jobs for you (subject to a charge). We are also happy to give you our sewing box so that you can carry out the repair yourself.

We are a non-smoking house. However, you will find ashtrays on the garden terrace and on the sun terrace on the first floor.
For the sake of the environment, we no longer have soap and shampoo bottles in the rooms. You are welcome to help yourself to cut a piece of our homemade soap at the reception.
