}Neustart für uns und die Krone
Mitte Juni sind wir im schönen La Punt angekommen und sehr herzlich empfangen worden. Wir freuen uns, mit unserer kleinen, wachsenden Familie zurück in der Schweiz zu sein. Diese ist mir von meiner Zeit bei Didier de Courten in Siders sowie bei Andreas Caminada auf Schloss Schauenstein bestens bekannt. Nach den vergangenen zwei Jahren im Landmark Mandarin Oriental in Hongkong ist es schön, nun wieder die frische Bergluft einzuatmen.
Während den letzten Monaten wurde besonders intensiv gearbeitet, damit der Neustart der Krone reibungslos gelingen konnte. Die Eigentümer Beat und Regula Curti sowie die Vorsitzende des Verwaltungsrats, Bettina Plattner, haben fantastische Arbeit geleistet, wofür wir sehr dankbar sind. Mit neuem Namen, neuem Logo und neuer Webseite nahm der Print- und Online-Auftritt Gestalt an. Vor Ort erhielt die Fassade einen frischen Anstrich und unser Team wurde aus bestehend und neu zusammengestellt. Weitere Neuerungen sowie Projekte stehen bereits in der Pipeline, Sie dürfen gespannt sein.
Die Krone ist neu. Sie ist auch anders. Lebendiger und frischer.
Gemeinsam mit Ihnen werden wir die Krone – Säumerei am Inn, wie das Bijou jetzt heisst, zu einem lebendigen Treffpunkt gestalten. Frisch und jugendlich, mit alpiner und internationaler Küche auf hohem Niveau, aber dennoch gewohnt locker und ungezwungen. Und mit ausgeprägter Gastfreundschaft.
