High Alpine Garden

We are delighted to present our newly designed snack garden, which was created in collaboration with Dominik Flammer and Siegfried Tatschl. Our garden has been redesigned with great attention to detail and offers you a unique experience in the midst of the breathtaking Alpine landscape.

The high alpine garden is located on the Inn and is a true paradise for lovers of culinary delights. Here you will find a variety of herbs that thrive at high alpine altitudes, Sezchuan pepper, Asian vegetable tree and much more.

We are proud to be self-sufficient with the herbs from our garden in summer. Our guests have the opportunity to help themselves to the aromatic herbs and try new flavours. Discover the variety of alpine herbal cuisine and let yourself be enchanted by the natural flavours.
